Paco is our easiest keeper - he doesn't eat, drink, or need a stall. He is still an important member of the herd for our beginning students. Due to his wheels and pulleys, he can simulate the movement of the horse. Paco was designed and hand-crafted by Todd Cage, one of Starlight's volunteers.
